Nikki and Becca and two black labs who are a good representation of the differences between dogs of the same breed. Becca (on left), the smaller and younger dog has endless energy and whose keen attention presents a constant readiness for new experiences. She is eager to please yet requires guidance on just where to direct her energy. The older Nikki (on right), on the other hand, is a prime example of the older companion, with patient observance and a readiness to act, although in a more purposeful way. They both share a love for their owner and their ways of showing their eagerness to please take different paths to that same end.
